NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN THAT the Town of Spider Lake Plan and Review Commission will meet on the above date at the town hall. Agenda is as follows:

1) Update on Zoning Ordinance violation: Filling and grading within the shoreline Vegetation Protection Area 4.4 J) 2). Location: 10384W Hahn’s Road. Owner: Ray and Julie Witke.

NEW BUSINESS
1) Zoning Ordinance violation: Shoreline Vegetation Protection Area 4.4 J) 2) b). Vegetation removed and Use Corridor created within 15’ of the side property Line. Location 8216 Chauncey Ln – Teal Lake Shores Subd. Owner: Richard and Laura Scheer

2) Concerns with accessory structure within 75’ of the OHWM. Location: 11165 Allan Rd. Owner: Teresa Lahti, Permit #08-20

3) Appointment of Member to Plan and Review Commission for referral to the Town Board.

ZONING POLICY ISSUES, ORDINANCE INTERPRETATION AND COMMITTEE GUIDANCE FOR DEPARTMENT STAFF
1) Setbacks for additions to existing dwelling, from the OHWM of wetlands connected to navigable water and 4.4 T) 2) Nonconforming principle structure any portion of which is less then 40’ from OHWM.

2) Changing location of Use Corridor after removal of trees and vegetation to establish existing Use corridor

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the following Public Hearings will be held on September 10, 2008 beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Hall to consider adopting the following Ordinances:
Town of Spider Lake Comprehensive Plan Ordinance #08-1 at 6:00 P.M.
Town of Spider Lake Slow-No-Wake Areas Ordinance #08-2 for the Spider Lake Chain at 6:30 P.M.
Town Board Meeting immediately following at 7:00 P.M.
Copies of the proposed Ordinances can be obtained from the Town Clerk, 715-462-3977 or on the website townofspiderlake.org.

Resolution #08-01
Recommending Adoption of the Town of Spider Lake Comprehensive Plan

The Plan Commission of the Town of Spider Lake, Sawyer County, Wisconsin, by this resolution, adopted on proper notice with a quorum and by a roll call vote of a majority of the town plan commission present and voting resolves and recommends to the Town Board of the Town of Spider Lake as follows:

Adoption of the Town of Spider Lake Comprehensive Plan.

The Town of Spider Lake Plan Commission, by this resolution, further resolves and orders as follows:

All maps and other materials noted and attached to the Town of Spider Lake Comprehensive Plan are incorporated into and made a part of the Town of Spider Lake Comprehensive Plan.

The vote of the Plan Commission in regard to this resolution shall be recorded by the clerk of the Plan Commission in the official minutes of the Town of Spider Lake Plan Commission.

The town clerk shall properly post or publish this resolution as required under s. 60.80, Wis. Stats.
Adopted this 4th day of June 2008.
