Public notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at 7:00 pm, Tuesday, September 13
2010, at the Spider Lake Town Hall by the Spider Lake Zoning Board of Appeals to consider the following
matters:

NOTICE OF APPEAL
Bryon & Wendy Schroeder, owners, are requesting a variance to create a four lot CSM located in the
SW ¼ – NE ¼ & the NW ¼ – NE ¼ Section 26, T. 42N, R. 7 W. part of Lot 1 CSM #5325, V.17/Pgs.256-
7. The proposed CSM may violate the Class 4 Lakes requirements and Part II Subdivision Control
2.2(A). At this hearing the Board may go into Executive Session as provided in WI Stats. 19.85(1)(a)(g)
and reconvene into open session.
